First grooming visits set the tone for a lifetime of happy appointments, and we take that seriously. We go at your pet's pace, keep things calm and gentle, and want both you and your furry friend to feel comfortable from the start. Here's a little guidance to help that first visit go smoothly.

What to Expect
A calm, caring process
When you arrive, we'll chat about what you're looking for and any special needs your pet has. Then we'll get to work with gentle handling and lots of patience, taking breaks if your pet needs them. When we're done, we'll go over how everything went and what worked best — so each future visit is even easier.
